RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong colour, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for another item of the same value or store credit. Exchange must be made within 14 days of original purchase, hair must be unused and in the original packaging, with ties intact. Used or product that is not attached to the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that Lux Hair is not responsible for any shipping fees including custom fees.
SHIPPING ISSUES
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting info@luxuryhairclub.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
COLOUR/TEXTURE MATCHING
LUX HAIR INC. is 100% human, remy hair and as such, (as with all organic products) slight colour variations are expected. Due to the unique colours we produce, we can not guarantee perfect colour consistency with each batch/shipments of hair. If you find that the colour is different than expected please follow the return policy to make an exchange. Lux has many origins of hair, Our straight hair has slight natural wave but smooths straight in our darker colours, lighter tones are slavic and will be straight. Balayage and Ombre are 10-12 days.
